GLOBALTRAVEL MEMBER REFERRAL CONTEST — OFFICIAL RULES
This is a performance contest. The winner is the eligible member with the most verified Qualified Referrals, and nothing is decided by random drawing or chance. There is no entry fee. The Contest is open only to active GlobalTravel Independent Travel Agent members who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years old. It is not open to residents of Montana or Iowa, or of any other state where GlobalTravel does not offer membership or the Refer a Friend Program. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. Buying a membership for yourself or for anyone else does not count toward the Contest.
1. SPONSOR: The GlobalTravel Member Referral Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Rezervco, LLC d/b/a GlobalTravel.com ("GlobalTravel" or "Sponsor"), 2699 Lee Road, Suite 350, Winter Park, FL 32789.
2. GLOBALTRAVEL TERMS THAT APPLY; ORDER OF PRECEDENCE: These Official Rules add to GlobalTravel's existing terms. They do not replace or amend them. By participating, you confirm that you remain bound by each of the following, as posted by GlobalTravel and as amended from time to time (together, the "GlobalTravel Terms"). Each is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference:- the Membership Terms and Conditions ("Membership Terms"), at https://globaltravel.com/membership-terms-and-conditions/;- the Privacy Policy, at https://www.globaltravel.com/privacy-policy/;- the Traveler Service Agreement, at https://globaltravel.com/traveler-service-agreement/;- the Offer Terms and Conditions ("Offer Terms"), at https://globaltravel.com/offer-term-and-conditions/, and the Website Terms and Conditions, at https://globaltravel.com/website-terms-and-conditions/; and- the Refer a Friend Program terms posted on the Referral Page in the member portal ("Refer a Friend Terms").
If anything in these Official Rules conflicts with the Membership Terms, the Privacy Policy or the Traveler Service Agreement, those documents control. Among them, the Membership Terms control matters relating to your membership, referrals, referral compensation, this Contest and disputes. The Privacy Policy controls the handling of personal information. The Traveler Service Agreement controls travel bookings. These Official Rules govern only matters specific to the Contest that the GlobalTravel Terms do not address.
3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Contest Period"). Sponsor's records are the official clock for the Contest.
Only referrals made, and referred individuals who enroll, during the Contest Period count. After the Contest Period, Sponsor will verify referrals through December 15, 2026 ("Verification Period") so that referred memberships can meet the requirements in Section 6. Sponsor may extend the Verification Period if it needs more time to confirm payments.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To participate and to win, you must meet all of the following from the time you make a referral through delivery of the prize:a. You are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, other than Montana, Iowa, or any other state where GlobalTravel does not offer membership or the Refer a Friend Program.b. You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state if that is higher.c. You hold an active GlobalTravel Independent Travel Agent membership in good standing, as the Primary Agent on that membership. "Good standing" means your membership fees are current, you owe no past-due balance to GlobalTravel, your membership is not on probation, suspended, cancelled or terminated, and you are in compliance with the GlobalTravel Terms.d. You are eligible to take part in the Refer a Friend Program.e. You comply with these Official Rules.
Secondary Agents. Any referral attributed to a Secondary Agent is credited to the Primary Agent's membership. Only the Primary Agent may win.
Employees and vendors. The following are not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of the referral platform provider, the prize supplier and any agency or vendor working on the Contest; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and household members of each. GlobalTravel Independent Travel Agent members are not excluded merely because they are independent contractors of GlobalTravel.
By participating, you accept these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest to the extent permitted by law.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Contest Period, refer prospective new members using your unique referral link from the Refer a Friend tool in the GlobalTravel member portal. There is no separate registration and no entry fee. Eligible members who generate referrals through that tool are entered automatically.
A referral counts only if Sponsor's referral tracking system attributes it to your membership. Referrals made any other way, or that Sponsor cannot verify from its records, do not count.
6. QUALIFIED REFERRALS: A "Qualified Referral" is a referred individual who meets all of the following:a. The individual was referred by an eligible participant through the Refer a Friend tool during the Contest Period.b. The individual enrolled as a new GlobalTravel Independent Travel Agent member during the Contest Period.c. The individual is a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, other than Montana, Iowa, or any other state where GlobalTravel does not offer membership, and is at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state if higher).d. The individual is a new member under the Refer a Friend Terms, including having held no GlobalTravel membership in the 12 months before enrolling.e. The individual did not cancel or receive a refund during the 14-day refund period under the Membership Terms and Offer Terms, and kept the membership active for at least 30 days after enrollment.f. The payment requirement for the individual's plan was met. Annual plan: the annual membership fee was successfully processed. 3-Pay plan: the first installment was successfully processed, and no later installment is past due at the end of the Verification Period. Monthly plan: at least two monthly membership payments were successfully processed. Trial or other promotional offers: payments are counted from the first regular membership payment.g. As of the end of the Verification Period, the individual has not cancelled, requested or received a refund, or started a chargeback or payment dispute, and Sponsor has not found the membership to be fraudulent, duplicate or ineligible.h. The individual otherwise complies with the GlobalTravel Terms and these Official Rules.
The following do not count: existing members; reactivations; self-referrals; Secondary Agents added to any membership; enrollments credited through GlobalTravel's affiliate program or under a separate marketing, influencer or reseller agreement; memberships enrolled in violation of the multiple-membership limits in the Membership Terms; referrals of members of your own household made to manipulate the results; and duplicate, fictitious or fraudulent accounts.
Sponsor's records and referral tracking system determine attribution, subject to Sponsor's correction of verified administrative or technical errors.
7. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: You must have at least five (5) Qualified Referrals to be eligible to win. Reaching five makes you eligible. It does not guarantee a prize.
8. WINNER DETERMINATION: There will be one (1) winner. After the Verification Period, Sponsor will count each eligible participant's Qualified Referrals. Subject to verification, the eligible participant with the highest total, and at least five, is the potential winner. If no participant has at least five Qualified Referrals, no prize will be awarded. Your likelihood of winning depends on the number of participants and on how many Qualified Referrals each one generates.
9. TIE-BREAKING: If two or more eligible participants tie for the highest total, the tie is broken in favor of the participant whose last counted Qualified Referral enrolled earliest, according to Sponsor's time-stamped records. If a tie remains, it is broken in favor of the participant with the greater number of Annual and 3-Pay plan Qualified Referrals, and then in favor of the participant whose first Qualified Referral enrolled earliest. No tie is broken by drawing or chance.
10. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Marriott Bonvoy digital gift card. Approximate retail value: $500. Total value of all prizes: $500.
The gift card will be delivered by email to the email address associated with the winner's GlobalTravel membership within approximately fourteen (14) days after winner verification is complete. The winner may use the gift card at the winner's discretion at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels and brands (such as Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton, Westin and others), subject to the issuer's terms and conditions, including any restrictions on where and how the card may be used. Sponsor is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted or used without authorization after delivery, or for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact information on the winner's membership.
The gift card is a stored-value card. It is separate from, and is not, any savings card, discount card, certificate or other incentive offered in other GlobalTravel promotions. Once delivered, the gift card is subject to the Marriott Bonvoy Gift Card terms and conditions set by the card's issuer, currently posted at https://gifts.marriott.com/terms.html. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, at any time and for any reason, with a prize it determines to be of equal or greater value. All costs and expenses not stated as included are the winner's responsibility. If the winner uses the prize toward travel booked through GlobalTravel, the Traveler Service Agreement applies to that booking.
Marriott International, Inc. and Marriott Bonvoy are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with or responsible for, this Contest. Marriott Bonvoy is a trademark of Marriott International, Inc. and is used for identification purposes only.
11. STANDARD REFERRAL BONUSES: The Contest prize is in addition to the standard referral bonuses under the Refer a Friend Program. As of the start of the Contest, those are $100 for each qualifying new Annual membership and $25 for each qualifying new Monthly membership, subject to the Refer a Friend Terms.
Referral bonuses are governed by the Refer a Friend Terms and the Membership Terms, including their qualification, verification, reversal and payment provisions, and not by these Official Rules. As provided in Section 4.3 of the Membership Terms, no referral bonus or other compensation, including any Contest prize, is paid to a Montana resident or to anyone for referring a Montana resident. Bonus payment information is available in the Commission Center in the member portal.
12. VERIFICATION AND STANDINGS: All results are subject to verification. Sponsor may review referral records, membership status, residency, payments, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, attribution and any other information it considers necessary. A referral that first appears to qualify may be removed if Sponsor determines it does not meet these Official Rules.
Sponsor may disqualify any referral or participant it determines to be involved in fraud, manipulation, false information, fictitious or duplicate accounts, self-referrals, automated activity, abuse of the referral system, or any other attempt to get around these Official Rules or the GlobalTravel Terms. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor may, but is not required to, publish or announce Contest standings during and after the Contest, including participants' names, city and state, and referral counts. Standings published before the end of the Verification Period are unofficial.
13. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify the potential winner on or about December 18, 2026 by email, phone or text, using the contact information on the membership. Sponsor expects to announce the verified winner on or about December 22, 2026.
The potential winner may be required, within seven (7) days after Sponsor's first notification attempt, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, and to provide or confirm a completed IRS Form W-9. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, does not respond or return documents in time, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited. It may then be awarded to the eligible participant with the next-highest number of Qualified Referrals, subject to the same verification. Sponsor will look to no more than two (2) alternate winners.
If your membership is cancelled or terminated, or is no longer in good standing, before the prize is delivered, you forfeit the prize.
14. TAXES: The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will report the prize and issue an IRS Form 1099 where the law requires. Sponsor may combine the prize with referral bonuses, commissions and other payments for tax reporting.
15. PROMOTION GUIDELINES: You must promote GlobalTravel and the referral opportunity truthfully, and in compliance with the Membership Terms, the Refer a Friend Terms and all applicable laws. In particular:- Approved materials. Use your referral link and the promotional materials GlobalTravel provides. Under Sections 7.3 through 7.5 of the Membership Terms, any marketing material you create that uses GlobalTravel's name or marks, or that markets GlobalTravel memberships, must be submitted to GlobalTravel and approved before you use it.- Identify yourself correctly. Always identify yourself as an independent contractor of GlobalTravel. Do not present yourself as a GlobalTravel employee or affiliate.- No false or unsupported claims. Do not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated statements about GlobalTravel. Do not guarantee commissions, income, travel savings, discounts or business results. Do not misstate the cost, refund period, renewal or cancellation terms of membership.- No gift or prize promises. Do not tell anyone that they will receive a gift card, a prize or any dollar amount for joining.- No paying for enrollments. Do not pay or offer anything of value to get someone to enroll, including covering their membership fees. Do not create fake, duplicate or fraudulent referrals or accounts.- Disclose your interest. In every communication promoting your referral link, clearly disclose that you may earn a referral bonus or a contest prize if the person joins. For example: "I may earn a reward if you join using my link."- Calls, texts and email. Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing and texting laws, privacy laws and social media platform rules, and with GlobalTravel's Do Not Call and anti-spam policies under Section 9.3 of the Membership Terms. Do not text or make automated calls to anyone without the prior consent the law requires. Do not use purchased or scraped contact lists.
A violation of this Section may result in disqualification and in any remedy available to GlobalTravel under the Membership Terms.
16. SPONSOR'S RIGHTS: Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the referral process, attempts to manipulate results, violates these Official Rules or the GlobalTravel Terms, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or end the Contest, and to change these Official Rules, at any time and for any reason, by posting notice on the Referral Page. If Sponsor ends the Contest early, it may determine the winner from Qualified Referrals made before that date.
Any attempt to damage the referral platform or undermine the Contest may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor may seek damages to the fullest extent the law permits. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term.
17. TECHNICAL AND ATTRIBUTION ISSUES: Sponsor and its vendors are not responsible for referrals that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or improperly recorded; for technical, hardware, software, network or telephone failures; or for errors in administering the Contest or processing referrals.
If you believe a referral was attributed incorrectly, contact Member Services at contact@globaltravel.com or 1-800-699-1725 no later than November 30, 2026, with supporting information, so it can be reviewed.
18. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Limitation of Liability in Section 13 of the Membership Terms applies to the Contest and to the prize.
In addition, by participating you release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, the referral platform provider, the prize supplier, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from all claims, losses and damages arising out of your participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor makes no warranty of any kind regarding the prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or releases, so some of the above may not apply to you.
19. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW: Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest, these Official Rules or the prize is a dispute relating to your membership and your relationship with GlobalTravel. It will be resolved only under Section 14 (Arbitration and Dispute Resolution) of the Membership Terms. That includes its Notice of Dispute requirement, its mandatory Orange County, Florida small claims court venue for claims within that court's limits, binding individual arbitration for other claims, its waiver of class and collective actions, and its choice of Florida law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
These Official Rules do not create any separate or additional right to go to court.
20. PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with the Contest, including information about the people you refer, is collected, used and shared as described in the Privacy Policy at https://www.globaltravel.com/privacy-policy/, as amended from time to time. That includes sharing with the referral platform provider, the prize supplier and other service providers. Do not submit another person's personal information without any consent the law requires.
21. PUBLICITY: The Talent/Testimonial Release in Section 12 of the Membership Terms applies to the Contest. Without limiting that release, and except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may use each participant's and the winner's name, city and state, likeness, statements, referral counts and prize information for promotional and any other lawful purposes, in any media, without further notice or compensation.
